can fit pro Fitness and Wellness show
At the Toronto Convention Centre on Sat August 20th there is a can fit pro Fitness and Wellness show .. looks fantastic and includes speakers such as Tosca Reno (my personal favourite!), and a biggest loser winner too. Richard Simmons is also speaking/ running an arobics class which is pretty cool even if it is Richard Simmons. I hear it's quite the event.
